This post will review the Tir Tir Milk Skin Toner.
I’ve been out of the skincare game for a bit because I wanted to reduce my current stash and stop hoarding so many products which eventually expire.
I’ve also been using the Kikumasune Glossy Moist Lotion, which I purchased from Amazon Japan.
It was a 500ml bottle, which I used from head to toe, and it still took ages to finish.
When you compare it to the typical 150-200ml regular bottles of toner, the 500ml goes a long way.
Often, when I use these Japanese lotion toners, they tend to satisfy all my hydration needs.
This means that I’m not on the lookout for a new toner or essence to use for a while.
Anyway, when I finally exhausted the toner, I started searching for the trending toners on the market, and found out about the Tir Tir Milk Skin Toner.
Despite not fully tapping into trends, I did notice that Tir Tir had a viral moment on social media with their cushion foundation.
I also noticed that the milk skin toner was lauded on the list of best-selling milky toners.
With that in mind, I immediately knew that I had to try it.
I’m about 80% done with it now, and I had to share my thoughts before exhausting it.

First Impressions of Tir Tir Milk Skin Toner
According to Tir Tir:
Discover the power of TIRTIR Milk Skin Toner, a moisturizing toner designed to hydrate, brighten, and strengthen your skin.
Infused with 2% Niacinamide, Rice Bran Extract, Ceramide, and Panthenol, this vegan formula delivers long-lasting hydration while enhancing your skin’s natural glow and fortifying its protective barrier.
The TIRTIR Milk Skin Toner is more than a hydrating toner—it’s a multitasking skincare essential that hydrates, brightens, and protects your skin.
Its lightweight, fast-absorbing formula ensures deep nourishment without feeling heavy or sticky.
Whether you’re looking to calm irritation, boost radiance, or improve your skin barrier, this toner is your go-to solution for healthy, glowing skin.
Ingredients List & Fragrance
It’s been such a while since I’ve used a good milky toner, so I was very curious to see how this would work.
As usual, I did not check the ingredient list in advance, as it is not a requirement for a non-treatment product for me.
But for the sake of this post, let’s see what the owner has been formulated with;
- 2% Niacinamide
- Chamomile Flower Extract
- Rice Bran Extract
- Ceramide
- Witch Hazel
- Adenosine
- Panthenol
- Sodium PCA
- Sodium Hyaluronate
- Liquorice Root Extract, to mention a few.
If you’re familiar with Korean toners, this ingredient list will not come as a surprise to you.
It has the typical formulation of hydrating ingredients combined with soothing ingredients sprinkled with plant extracts; nothing too crazy.
There is no noticeable fragrance; the only thing that jumps out at you is the sniff of plant extracts, which naturally dissipates.

Packaging, Texture & Consistency
This toner is packaged in a 150ml glass bottle, which is a nice change from the typical plastic bottles.
It has the plastic applicator at the top, which is excellent for dousing yourself with layers of product.
It is also a watery toner which might require multiple layers depending on your dryness levels or the other products in your routine.
Personally, I tend to get away with one layer as I layer it with the Cosrx The 6 Peptide Skin Booster as well.
I have no issues whatsoever with the packaging; it just works.
Price & Availability
I got mine for around £22 from iHerb.
Its official price is £19 from the Tir Tir website, and they ship globally.
Review of the Tir Tir Milk Skin Toner

I use this toner as the first step in my morning and night skincare routine.
I’ve been on Tretinoin for a few years now, and I naturally have dry skin, so you can imagine how much dryness I have to deal with.
It’s been such a long time since I’ve used a milky toner, and it just reminds me of why they are superior to non-milky water-based toners.
Being the first product I layer with, it sinks immediately into my skin on application.
This means that I’m able to layer other products without the risk of piling or foaming up.
Even when I layer it as a second product after my Vitamin C serum, for instance, it still layers well over it.
This, I think, is a result of the watery consistency.
Performance
As an avid Korean Skincare user who has used over a dozen toners, I won’t overhype this product and say it’s the best thing since sliced bread.
It’s a good toner, but not very remarkable.
It hydrates the skin and leaves a nice dewy finish afterwards, but that’s about it.
But so is every other decent Korean toner on the market that works across all skin types.
So don’t go into this with overly high expectations.
If you’re on a hunt for a new milky toner, this product is definitely worth trying.
In Conclusion,
The Tir Tir Milk Skin Toner is an excellent product.
I wouldn’t say it is worth the hype, as other products on the market give the same result.
But this is something most skin types, from normal to dry skin, can use across the board without any issues, so I definitely recommend it.
