This post will be sharing 9 of the best Korean Toner Mists for all skin types.

If you’re new to this blog, I have dry dehydrated skin and as such, I literally cannot live without hydrating products; specifically toners.

This is why I’m super grateful for Asian skincare for providing affordable hydrating products.

For as low as $20, I can get a 500ml toner that would last me for almost six months.

I’m not sure there’s any product in the US, UK or European market that can beat that.

A little while ago, I wrote a post on 12 Best Hydrating Toners For Dehydrated Skin – Korean Skincare Edition specifically for people who want to up their hydration game.

When people start to experience premature signs of ageing, their skin is often dehydrated.

Toners have been demonized for so long, but thankfully, the skincare industry has advanced a lot.

While I love my 500ml bottles of toners, sometimes I want something super quick, refreshing and lightweight, especially during the Summer.

This is where my love for Toner Mists comes in.

I initially got a few bottles strictly for the Summer, but then, as it became colder, I realized that it had gradually become a staple in my routine.

So, I thought, why not share some of my favourite products.

Someone somewhere struggling with dehydrated skin might find it super useful.

Here are 9 of the Best Korean Toner Mists You Need To Try.

When layering toners and toner mists, my routine usually looks something like this;

• Cleansing
• 1 – 2 layers of Hydrating Toner or Toner Mist, depending on the season
• 1 layer of 1st serum with actives e.g 20% Azelaic Acid which I’m currently using at the moment.
• 1 layer of Toner Mist
• 1 layer of 2nd serum with actives e.g Retinal
• 1 layer of Toner Mist (optional)
• Emollient moisturizer
• Occlusive (optional)

This is an example of my current night-time skincare routine. The result is soft, plump skin that stays hydrated all night.

In no particular order, here are some of my favourite Toner Mists for all skin types.

Pyunkang Yul Mist Toner

For Oily, Combination skin.

This is the sister product to the widely popular Pyunkang Yul Essence Toner.

They’re both completely different products. The toner is targeted toward dry, dehydrated skin, while the Mist Toner is targeted toward oily, combination skin.

Regardless, I’ve enjoyed layering the Mist Toner between my serums.

It has a super lightweight, watery consistency that absorbs immediately into your skin.

It is not oily, sticky or greasy and, as such, will work across all skin types.

Formulated with just five hydrating ingredients, including Glycerin, Sodium Hyaluronate and Coptis Japonica Root Extract.

HaruHaru Wonder Black Bamboo Mist

For Dry, Dehydrated Skin.

This is another toner mist I’ve really enjoyed using, mostly because of how hydrating it is.

With key ingredients such as Glycerin, Beta-glucan, and plant extracts, I’m looking forward to repurchasing another bottle.

The only downside is the presence of Alcohol and Fragrance, which is surprising because they don’t affect its performance. Anyway, if you’re unaffected by those ingredients, I suggest you try out this toner mist.

Missha Time Revolution Artemisia Treatment Essence Mist

For Rosacea-prone, Sensitive Skin

If you’re familiar with Korean skincare, you’ll be familiar with some of its products that use fermented ingredients.

In fact, these fermented ingredients are mostly found in products called First Treatment Essences, and Missha was one of the pioneer brands.

In a nutshell, fermentation means adding microorganisms like bacteria to natural ingredients.

This, in turn, leads to the creation of new by-products that benefit the skin and help with the absorption of skincare products.

The double-fermented ingredient in this product is Artemisia, also known as Mugwort. This herb has calming and soothing properties for even the most inflamed and sensitized skin.

Honestly, it’s not the most hydrating product, but it sure as hell will prevent your skin from getting irritated by the active ingredients and calm any rosacea flare-ups.

Cosrx Centella Alcohol-Free Toner

For Oily, Combination, Rosacea-prone, Sensitive Skin

This just came in the mail for me, and I honestly cannot wait to use it next.

I’ve used a whole bunch of Cosrx products in the pasta, and they never fail to disappoint.

The main ingredients are mineral water, Centella Asiatica leaf water, panthenol, and allantoin.

This makes a soothing toner mist that will calm any irritation or inflammation.

Laneige Cream Skin Refiner Mist

For Dry, Dehydrated Skin.

Last year, Laneige took the skincare industry by storm when they released the Cream Skin Refiner.

Simply put, it’s moisturizing cream in a toner format.

This is such an innovative product that it had to be released in the US as well. I got to try it, but unfortunately, I found it too runny.

This is why I was excited to see that they also released a toner mist version.

Formulated with Glycerin, Meadowfoam Oil, Vitamin E, and Green Tea Extract, it is the perfect hydrating product for dry, dehydrated skin.

Sioris Time Is Running Out Mist

For Dry, Dehydrated Skin.

Sioris is a relatively new brand that is taking the Korean skincare industry by storm.

Surprisingly, one of their best-sellers is This Time Is Running Out Mist.

If you have sensitive skin, this might not be the best product for you as it is formulated with many plant extracts and essential oils.

But if you’re unfazed by the 70% Citrus Fruit Water, Jojoba Seed Oil, Sunflower Seed Oil, Orange Peel Oil, etc, it is worth trying.

It is redeemable with Beta-Glucan, Allantoin, Vitamin E and Licorice Root Extract.

Dear Klairs Fundamental Ampule Mist

For Oily, Combination, Rosacea-prone, Sensitive Skin

Dear, Klairs is another globally popular Korean Skincare brand that delivers quality products every single time.

Their latest line includes this Green Tea Water-based toner mist with Rice Extract, Mugwort/Artemisia, Panthenol and Ceramide as key ingredients.

If anything else, Dear, Klairs always comes through.

Dr. Jart Ceramidin Cream Mist

For Dry, Dehydrated Skin.

I’m currently using the rest of the products in the Dr Jart Ceramidin line, and let me tell you, the quality is unreal.

If you think you’re getting sufficient Ceramides from Cerave, you haven’t seen anything yet.

This line is packed with the three essential Ceramides, Cholesterol and a bunch of plant extracts.

The only downside is the presence of essential oils, which some people might find sensitizing.

Regardless, this line is one of the best Korean skincare products.

Secret Key Starting Treatment Aura Mist

For All Skin Types

This is another First Treatment Essence (FTE) with Galactomyces as its fermented ingredient.

Personally, I’ve used the Secret Key Starting Treatment Essence Rose Edition, and the glow it gave me was unmatched.

While doing my research, I found the Mist version of the Essence, which is so convenient as the product itself is very watery.

With Galactomyces Ferment Filtrate, Panthenol and Adenosine as key ingredients, any skin type will find it beneficial.

In Conclusion,

Compared to Toners and Essences, toner mists are super convenient.

Plus, it’s an easy way to gradually introduce hydration into your routine.

Like I say over and over, all skin types need hydration.

Whether you have oily, combination, or dry skin, properly hydrating your skin will solve half of your skincare problems.
